23 Men of Graveyard posted to great Spring weather for a Back to Basics Beatdown. The focus was on aerobic exercise, Merkins, Squats and core work. The Pax worked hard and pushed themselves and each other, with considerable Mumble Chatter when not gasping for air. It was great to be back on the Q at Graveyard!
