8 PAX posted for a back to school tour of Midway Elementary school Special shoutout to Roadhouse who decided to come get after it even on the first day of school. Not may 11 (soon to be 12) year olds willing to come get after it prior to their first day of school.

Mosey over to the dump for COP- Motivators, TTT, Arm Circles, Slow-mo squats, Imperial walkers all x 10 IC
Mosey to the breezeway and partner up. One partner takes a lap, the other partner does burpees. Flap jack and once both are done plank
Mosey on other side of bus loop to base of the hill. One partner bear crawls up the hill and crawl bears down while the other does squats. Flap jack and once both are done plank
Mosey to the front of school breezeway. One partner sprints to other side, 5 burpees and sprints back while partner is doing wall sits. Flap jack and once both are done plank
Mosey to parking lot and grab a parking spot with partner. One partner lunges across the lot while the other is doing curb hops. Flap jack and once both are done plank.
Mosey to back of school parking lot. One partner does squat squat jumps to 20 while the other partner does step ups. Flap jack and once both are done plank.
Mosey to bottom of hill on BB court. One partner runs a suicide while the other partner does dips on picnic tables. Flap jack and once both are done plank
Mosey to track. Indian run to stairs. Calf raises (60 total) 20 each way.
