Two Warm up laps at conversation pace
Ladder: OYO 400-600-800-1000-800-600-400 at 10K pace with a 200m recovery between each length. If all lengths and recovery were done, then 15 whole laps of the track were completed which is 400m shy of 4 miles. Aye!

A few completed the ladder.. others needed to modify and yet others got to the top of the ladder in the time allotted. What’s important is that each one learns the pace and learns to pace themselves for the long haul. It’s been a while since we’ve done some strong interval work on the track and it was a welcome change in YHC’s humble opinion.
