Regular Calf raises – 15 IC
Heels out – 15 IC
Heels in – 15 IC
Head up on right, down on left
Lunges at top – 20 OYO
Carolina Dry Docks at Bottom – 20 OYO
Repeat for 5 total laps
Plank until all are complete
Line up for 4 corners – 20 OYO at each corner
Start – Sumo Squats – Butt to Heel
1st Corner – Burpies
2nd Corner – Jump Squats

4th Corner – Squats with a calf raise at the end of each
