YHC wanted his first Q to be a memorable one so he searched the internet for something never before seen at the “Snake Pit”. When YHC heard comments like if you call this again were pulling your Q card he knew he had picked a winner.

Mosey down the big boy stairs and circle up on the field for the following:
25 SSH IC
20 IW IC
20 TTT IC
20 LBC IC-10 FORWARD & 10 REVERSE
20 WINDMILL IC
Mosey to sideline and Bear crawl to the other side line
Mosey to the bleachers
Side plank walk up the bleachers competing 1 Merkin on each seat and 5 Merkin’s at the top then back down for 10 incline crunches. Repeat and drop 1 Merkin each round but maintain 10 crunches throughout.
30 dips OYO
20 box jumps OYO
Moses to side line and Crawl bear to other side line
Mosey to the lower field for some brick work
10 Overhead presses IC
10 Tricep extensions IC
10 Curls IC
10 Flies IC
Rinse and repeat
Split into 4 groups and two groups line up at the tires. The other 2 groups mosey to the other side of the lower field. Two pax grab a tire, call an exercise for the group and sprint to the other side. Another pax call an exercise and drag the tire back. Everyone got at least two turns. Some of the exercises called were: BBSU, V-UPS, LBCS, BURPEES, SQUATS more were called but YHC can’t remember any others.
Mosey to the bottom of the BB stairs
Alternate Bunny hops and Lunges to the top.
