4.25.20 6:30am virtual workout: Everything to failure then plan

8 PAX posted for the 6:30am virtual bootcamp on 4.28.20. YHC picked up the Q late on Friday night and decided to go old school style. Before present day advanced sabermetrics of exercising and the impact it has on the body, people use to do an exercise until they couldn’t do an exercise anymore. So that is what we went with today.

Virtual COP all IC x 10- SSH, TTT, arm circle circuit, Imperial Walkers, Squats

Each of the following exercises were performed to failure. Once a PAX failed, they planked until the PAX were finished. I may have missed a few exercises but we all got after it.

  • Lunges
  • Hand Release merkins
  • Squats
  • Wide grip merkins
  • Calf Raises
  • BBSU

A few minutes of Mary with Boat/Canoe to end it.
