SSH x 10, Little baby arm circles x 10 each way, TTT x 6 #niceandslow
Run to the back of the school and split into three groups for the following:
5 rounds of 5 pull ups followed by a plank until the PAX return from the run
Squats until the PAX return from the run
Run around the interior of the back parking lot
Then 2 rounds of 10 inverted rows (from the dip station) followed by a plank until the PAX return from the run
Alternating lunges until the PAX return from the run
Run around the interior of the back parking lot
Mosey up to the awning for 8 (!) MOM which included the following in cadence unless otherwise specified:
34 flutter kicks (varying speed as the Q realized 34 is a large number)
34 2 count LBCs #OYO
Boat/Canoe
Superman/banana rolls
5 burpees #OYO
