YHC entered the Twittersphere last night and made the comment that the workout in the gloom would be nice and easy. So easy that the pax probably wouldn’t even break a sweat. So he came up with a nice and easy workout to ease the pax into their weekend, ensuring that everyone had enough energy left in their arms and legs to do their honey-do’s around the house.
