YHC signed up to Q at Tomahawk over the weekend. I know it’s been a while, but is must have been longer that I was thinking. There has been lots added to the school, and parking has changed since the last time I was there. Luckily I ran into a few familiar faces before start time and I found out where everything was.

We did the “12 squares” routine while mixing in a short jog between rounds. The squares aren’t physical squares. But the number squares – like 7 squared is 49, 4 squared is 16, etc. Here is how it went down…
