First Round
Run to 1st light pole do 2 burpees, run back to start and do 10 (2ct Mt Climbers).
Run to 2nd light pole do 4 burpees, run back to start and do 10 (2ct Mt Climbers).
Keep doing this until the the 7th light pole (14 burpees).
2nd Round
Run to 1st light pole do 2 (2ct) Bonnie Blairs, run back to start and do 10 (Crunchy Frogs).
Run to 2nd light pole do 4 (2ct) Bonnie Blairs, run back to start and do 10 (Crunchy Frogs).
Keep doing this until the the 7th light pole (14 Bonnie Blairs (2ct).
3rd Round (reverse, descending, order)
Run to 5th light pole-10 burpees, run back to start and do 10 (2ct) American Hammers
Run to 4th light pole-8 burpees, run back to start and do 10 (2ct) American Hammers
Keep doing this until the closest, first pole (2 burpees).
