Three faithful pax denied the tempting Monday morning fartsack and were greeted with the coolest and least humid temperatures we have seen in a while. With the scheduled Q unable to attend we made the executive decision to take on the parking lot and hills of nearby Kroger.
The Thang: Turn R on St. Andrews and R on Lake Murray Blvd. to the top of Mt. Walgreens and back down for stretching in the car wash parking lot. Mosey to Kroger for parking lot sprints.
1) Suicides entire lot 2) Jog 1 row, Sprint the next and alternate across entire lot 3) Backwards suicides out and jog back each row #crowdpleaser 4)Modified Indian Run – pax running the whole loop of the lot before catching up to the rest going slow mosey. Now it was on to Hill workout. 1)Moderate intensity up and jog down 2)Skip up and jog back 3) Karaoke up and jog back 4)All you got to the top and then mosey back to shovel flag
