Disclaimer: There were no saddles utilized during this workout, and therefore no chance of obtaining saddle sores. However, YHC has learned that a certain PAX has obtained a Peloton and that folks is just funny to me.

Usual mix of warmup exercises
The Thang:
3 Rounds of:
20 Jump Squats
20 Block Merkins (use two blocks spread out enough that you can drop your chest below your hands)
20 V-ups
20 Towel Pulls (Throw a towel over the pull-up bars, drag the tire over to prop up your feet then hang down from the pull-up bars and do a reverse merkin)
Mosey to the Basketball Court
Lunge Walk to half court, do 20 bird dogs, lunge walk to end line, 20 bird dogs, lunge walk back to midcourt, 20 bird dogs, lunge walk to starting point. A bird dog is:
Next, bear crawl to half court, do 20 monkey humpers, bear crawl to end line, and so on repeating the pattern from above.
Mosey to the front of the school and AMRAP each exercise:
Decline Merkins
Dips
Incline Merkins
Mosey back to the pull-up bars and do one more set of Jump Squats, Merkins, V-Ups and Towel Pulls.
