Since none of the PAX were present for my Q on Saturday I decided to rinse and repeat the workout (for the most part). If in ain’t broke don’t fix it, right? It was humid yet again and 7 PAX got up extra early for a 3 mile stridelite to the Mill Pond and back. Keeping up with BuzzSaw is an unenviable task. We got our moneys worth for sure.

Run the loop around the parking lot (mosey until you get to a speed bump and sprint to the next speed bump (R & R for 5 minutes)
