17 PAX posted today for some #getbetter fun at Speed Trap. In keeping with the holiday spirit, the plan was to celebrate 7 days until Christmas (that plan changed), but first was the monthly PT test.

First base: 7 (each leg) flutter kicks
Right field corner: squats
Center: burpees (real crowdpleaser)
Left field corner: mountain climbers
Third base: Freddie mercuries
Home plate: plank until all PAX return
The plan was to complete 7 rounds but after round 5 YHC realized we were running short on time and announced that Christmas was coming a day early and round 6 would be the last round. Last round finish was to return to shovel flag and plank. No time for Mary.
