Grab a partners bag and at a swift mosey go to endzone and back
Ruckless guys 1 lap around field
Swap
Mosey to EndZone
With Rucks overhead, jog to other end of field
50 count alt overhead Ruck press
Jog back to opposite endzone with Rucks overhead
Grab a log
With Logs Overhead walk down to 50 Yards on field
10 team Squats
Log back overhead and walk second half of field
10 BBS
Log on Shoulder Lunge 50 Yards down field
With holding logs with hands and between legs (Straddling Log) 25 yards
Last 25 yards hold logs in curl position back to end Zone
Put Logs Back
Lunge with Rucks down field
Out of Time and Back to the House
