10 pax posted at Shawshank this morning deciding not to let a little brisk fall coolness slow down their efforts to #getbetter. As YHC was planning this morning’s workout, he did take a glance at the forecast and made the decision to keep the pax in constant motion. Newton’s 1st Law says “An object that is at rest will stay at rest unless an external force acts upon it”….maybe something like the cold? It also says “An object that is in motion will not change its velocity unless an external force acts upon it”….well it didn’t get any warmer so the only external force that changed our velocity was the clock.

Great work by the pax this AM!! It’s good to see that the cooler weather isn’t slowing us down and it’s great to see some of the newer pax (Slumlord & Elmers) posting on a regular basis. Keep up all of the good work men. Like I said in the title, today was my 2nd Q and YHC hoped to not hit the Sophomore Slump. Judging on the limited amount of mumblechatter this morning I feel like the pax got their money’s worth this AM….if not see Ken Doll for a full refund of your yearly dues.
