- Mosey for ~400 meters
The Thang
- 20 Squats slow cadence
- 20 Mountain Climbers Slow Cadence
- 20 Merkins Slow Cadence
- 20 Flutter Kicks Slow Cadence
- 20 American Hammers Slow Cadence
Mosey to the end of the gravel lot near the hill/basketball court. Hey look how did this tire get here?
- Flip flop tire back to the paved lot. (Flip the tire then perform a burpee before moving to the back of the line of PAX)
Grab a block and return to your dry spot on the pavement.
- 20 Squats slow cadence (Hold the last squat and count off)
- 20 Mountain Climbers Slow Cadence (Hold plank and count off)
- 20 Merkins Slow Cadence
- 20 Flutter Kicks Slow Cadence
- 20 American Hammers Slow Cadence
Line up at one end of the paved lot with your block, bear crawl block drag from that end to the other and back. Put blocks away and return to your dry spot.

Mosey to pull up bars and do as many as you can unassisted. Return to your dry spot on the pavement for Mary.
