The Conditions: 52 degrees and not particularly cool.
The Thang:
Start at 0515 sharp. YHC synchronized the Apple Watch with seconds visible, and at the top of every minute, 5 burpees, then run until the top of the next minute, at which time, 5 more burpees. Rinse and Repeat for full 45 minute duration of workout.
Total ground covered was 3+ miles, and in the 45 minutes, we completed 225 burpees. Our route for running was up and down the crooked creek access road down to the shed and back; we covered that route twice plus several loops around the main circle by the building.
Convene at flag for BOM, Count and nameorama, and announcements and closing prayers.
