11 Pax came out with wheels up to conquer a new launch location. From now on, Stride will be launching out of the parking lot for the Lexington County Magistrate Courthouse. So, you can contest your speeding tickets and run a few miles at the same time. Some speeding tickets needed to be issued to a few in this group…

Head towards main street on Lake Drive in front of the old courthouse. Turn left on Main. Turn left on S. Church Street. Curve right onto Elm. Curve right onto Roberts… which turns into Gibson (don’t you just love Lexington county?). Turn right onto Hendrix. Dodge a few bullets (just kidding). Turn left on 3rd avenue (which most of us didn’t do). Turn right on Main street. Turn Left on N. Church street which merges with N. Lake Drive. Turn right on Dreher. Turn right onto Corley. Turn left onto Harmon street. Take to Main street at the Old Mill. Turn left and head back to the courthouse. 4.75 Miles.

Strong performance turned in by all! Several old faces to Stride showed up for the running from this new location. Suggestions were offered and war stories were shared. YHC will take these into account while creating new routes. I believe this new location will serve us well as we get better.
The loops will be there to help those get better while the out and back option is still there for those up and coming runners! I’m going to push you!
