2 brave the gloom of the latest Anchor Friday with one kettle bell between them. It was agreed that no fun would be had – well maybe a little.

Two circuits – one with KB, one without – reps increasing by 2s each set: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 – total 110 reps each exercise per circuit. Ladder all the way through the circuit before switching.
