12 Decline Merkins: This was a team exercise (youth camp style) in a square with feet up on the shoulders of the man behind you so that (supposedly) only our 8 hands were on the ground and no other body parts. 12 were done on command — to the best of our abilities. #crowdpleaser

Thanks to the brave few for coming out. Great to have Meltdown back at it — continue to heal up and keep at it.

Prayer:
Meltdown has one small blood clot remaining from surgery. Pray for healing on that so that he can be fully released
