YHC heard about an opening in the Q sheet with time running down (thanks to JD) and filled the spot. 17 pax rolled in (some ran from their 2 mile warm up) for a PT test, 1 mile benchmark and the 12 pains of Christmas.

Partner up for PT test. 2 minutes of merkins followed by 2 minutes of big boy sit-ups.
1 mile run for a PT benchmark. Turned out to be 0.9 miles for an extra Christmas gift.
Mosey to the playground.
With about 20 minutes the challenge is issued to see how many of the 12 pains of Christmas can be completed. These workouts are done just like the 12 Days of Christmas song.
