21 PAX emerged from the #Fartsack this morning in search of a way to #GetBetter. Lingering in the Hand parking was YHC, who was quite excited about the occasion to Q at my home AO, the home of #TankTopThursday, Burpees and unbridled #MumbleChatter. Once the proverbial whistle blew at 6:30 AM, the PAX got better as all embarked upon 45 minutes of suck that was designed to keep the PAX moving and help all #GetBetter with the sharpening of some iron.

• Honored to have Q at #Thunder this AM. The Burpee Circuit was a #Crowdpleaser based on the cursing and groans herd from the PAX. Between having his shorts pulled down by Robber and getting a forearm shiver from Promo, PAX were looking for ways to knock YHC off tempo.
• With Burpees and Merkins, PAX did a total of 190 Merkins. Couple that with 8 Rounds of sprints, and we #PushedTheRock this AM.
• #LarryBirds were not in short supply this morning as Chaser, Mini Me, Promo and Fannie, among others, did their thing.
• To no one’s surprise, Robber put on a #MumbleChatter clinic this morning that would have made Mission smile.
• Couple of observations: (1) Sprints are the great equalizer of any Q and (2) Knerkins in a parking lot are so very pleasant.
• YHC constantly thankful for the PAX of #Thunder and all they have done for me over the past several years. #Thunder is a special place, where #HIMs abound, and it is critical that we do not take for granted what has been built by the collective effort of so many.
