Conditions: Swimming in humidity


Today was pretty simple, YHC wanted to do a lot of burpees in a quick amount of time and see how hard I could push the men of Hammer. Once again, they answered the call and did not disapoint


The Thang


“Warm up”

20 burpees

Mosey down to The Other Store

10 burpees

Mosey down the Brockmen hill

I knew this was going to be tough, but YHC knew we could do it

Start at the bottom of the hill

10 burpees

Run to the top

9 burpees

Run to the bottom

8 burpees

Run to the top

7 burpees

You get the picture….we went all the way to 1 and ended at the top

30 flutter kicks IC

Mosey back to The Other Store

15 burpees

Mosey back to home base

Split up in 3 groups

10 pull ups

20 Bulgarian Squats (10 each leg)

20 big boy sit ups X3


30 flutter kicks IC

10 merkins IC

30 LBCs IC

And just because we had not one enough, we finished off with 10 more burpees!


Total we did 110 burpees FYI


Stomp the Swamp 5K August 29th at River Bluff High School. Word is, is that there is going to be a double down division for those of you who wish to post before the race.

BRR coming up, so make sure you are running your hills and getting your miles up!
