YHC pulled up to the AO to find 10 PAX salivating for a workout, unfortunately the Q didn’t make it. So we went with the old faithful Dealer’s Choice format and it sucked.

Detour – 20 Iron Cross, 25 Mountain Climbers, Lunge Walk 30 yards
Boo Boo – Bear Crawl 30 yards and Crab Walk back, Al gore waiting for the six, 10 squats
Thruston – mosey to the Briarfield Hill, partner one runs backward up the hill and forward back down, partner two max merkins flapjack, second round is flutters
Great group of guys this morning who really got after it. YHC is continually impressed not just by the gains of the individuals but also how hard they push each other.

If you aren’t running the Mud Run volunteer to help out. Sometimes we get caught up with just working out at our AOs and don’t understand the expansiveness of F3. The Mud Run is a great opportunity to see how big this thing is.
