The Thang:
Team exercise 200 incline merkins followed by 200 decline merkins and finished up with 200 shank dips ( no baby curb dips here) all while teammates ran around 2/3 of the parking lot
Moved on to the volleyball courts for some more teamwork love. Running out of time limited is down to 30 chin-ups followed by 200 Squats and 200 BBS and why not jog around the courts while your partner is having fun
