5. Lunges x 20 each leg or 40 total
6. Burpees x 15
7. Air Shoulder Presses x 100
after you complete 2 sets in order
Run across Field and up the bleachers

1. Plank x 2 minutes
2. Pull-ups x 5
3. Jump Squats x 20
4. Bicycle Crunches x 50 single count
5. Walking Lunges x 1 minute
