The Thang:
10 men with 1 FNG wondered into the gloom this morning for the last warm up day at Swagger. The group ventured down St. Andrews Road and back for 3.2 miles.
Moleskin:
We added one FNG and one regular from Strut to Swagger this morning for an encouraging 3.2 mile run. On Monday we will follow the pattern of Amble to include some speed/interval work at Crossroads Middle School.
We will continue to meet at Blockbuster and jog to the track behind Crossroads Middle School where we will see what can be done on the track.
Continue to remember Justin Carter, Rx, in your prayers as he is recovering from surgery and his son will undergo surgery on October 1st.
