Have you ever noticed how magnificent the sky is early in morning. Today was no exception as once again we witnessed another shooting star (or meteor, satellite or space trash). The sky was bright from the stars and along comes a streak of light. Great motivation to come out into the gloom every morning.
7 post at Swagger for the weekly long run. The weather was brisk but not too cool. Good to still break a sweat but not freeze.
Conditions: 46 degrees and 73% humidity
The Thang:
Departed Blockbuster headed north on St. Andrews Road before turning west on Lake Murray Blvd. Goal was to run as far as you can in 22 minutes before making the return trip back. Second goal was to have a negative split. Shortest distance covered was 2.8 miles by a walker not trying to exhaust himself before a longer trail run this afternoon. Longest distance ran by at least two pax was 5 miles.
