A short mosey, short Lunge walks and short mosey to the sandpile for some brick work- Curls, OH press, Triceps extensions and In and Out Arm flutters x 25 each
Mosey to the next corner for some Flutters, LBCs and box cutters, then mosey down to Adger and Deveraux for a few highly visible Monkey Humpers followed by Mountain Climbers.
Mosy down to Cassina for Merkins 15 OYO and Plank Jacks x 20 and 25 Prisoner Squats and moseyed to Betty Bruner, by popular demand and in tribute to RBG for 15 dips OYO.
Q handoff to Sled for another round of SSH and IW and then mosey to front steps of Dreher for 20/20/20 calf raises and into and AMRAP set with 10 squats, 15 BBS and 20 Carolina Dry docks.
Mosey around the corner for something else and then Stagazers.
Mosey over the wall to the sandpile and mosey down while stopping at each (4) bench for a few Burpees and mosey back to COT.
Work was done on all muscle groups with 1.4 total miles for some enhanced cardio work.
