OC Brings Burpee Back to Thunder; Allows Little Rest for BRR Runners!

19 Pax entered the gloom at Thunder perhaps expecting a light leg day and slightly slower pace due to some BRR recovery.  None of that was to be found as YHC delivered a fast paced high energy workout worthy of #theyearofOC.

Grass Drill

Running the length of field go to ground each time Q says down.  Assume superman until Q yells Up.  Repeat down field (dropping approximately 7 or 8 times in varying timespans). Repeat back to other end.

20 incline Merkins oyo

20 step ups with knee kick- 10 each leg

balls  to wall with amrap push ups rounds of SSH, flutter kicks, Faulkner LBC’s etc.  multiple rounds with more wall sitting.

Ended with 10 Burpees.
