11 Faithful descended upon #Battle for another installment of F3 Columbia’s toughest workout and found YHC and Wingback waiting for the delivery of another beatdown. This was a day of fairly simple instruction which is actually fairly common at #Battle. Give a few instructions, set the clock, and turn the pax loose seems to be the preferred MO for the Q’s at Flora. Today we gained a couple of newish #hashtags in the form of #BattleLoopCircuits and #BattleBurpeeBeast. Read on to learn more about how it went down. On a downer note – Splinter went down with an ankle sprain during the workout this morning. Injuries are no laughing matter so please try to do everything possible to keep yourselves safe out there. His was a simple misstep/slip that could happen to anyone. Get better soon!

- During the final #BattleLoopCircuit a loud, horrifying scream could be heard as everyone was running their lap around the #BattleLoop. YHC and HeeHaw happened up on Splinter rolling around on the ground in clear agony. A slip and rolling of the ankle rendered one of the finest athletes you’ll meet reeling. Ankle sprains are no joke and this one sent Splinter to the house roughly 20 minutes into the workout. Get better soon, brother. Everyone else, watch your step out there.
- This workout was a beatdown and YHC struggled for the remainder of the day as a result. Oxygen levels didn’t return to normal until around midday. Nice work Wingback. The #BattleBurpeeBeast was a miserable experience.
- Nice turnout for #Coffeeteria from the #Battle pax today. #April
