#Spur debuts it’s very own Fit Test

Spur has been growing steadily since October and has a solid group of loyal Spur PAX. YHC felt it was time to design and launch the Spur Fit Test. Exercises with *** next to them represent the exercises that were tracked.

AMRAP pull up

Mosey to the stairs.

Stair Relay***
Start at the bottom of the stairs. Run to the top of the bridge and complete 10 squats. Run to the bottom of the stairs and complete 10 squats for 1 rep. AMRAP for 10 minutes for max rep.

Mosey across the bridge.

Merkin***
Partner up. P1 completes AMRAP merkin for 1 minute while P2 counts and watches for form. Swap positions and complete.

Mosey to the Dodie Anderson Athletic Center

BB Sit Up***
Partner up. P1 completes AMRAP merkin for 1 minute while P2 counts and watches for form. Swap positions and complete. 

Hills of Doom***
Start at the bottom of the hill. Run to the top and complete 5 tuck jumps. Run to the bottom of the hill and complete 5 tuck jumps for 1 rep. AMRAP for 5 minutes for max rep.

Jump Squat***
AMRAP jump squat for 1 minute

Merkin***
Partner up. P1 completes AMRAP merkin for 1 minute while P2 counts and watches for form. Swap positions and complete.
