One of the joys of serving as AOQ includes setting up the Q schedule. At #Thunder (a land filled with one #LarryBird after another), scheduling the Q’s is a lot of fun with one #Snotwoggler after another. However, one of the responsibilities of AOQ is to step in when the schedule goes a little haywire. YHC was obliged to do so this AM, and, it was, with a distinct honor, to post in the #Gloom with the PAX of Thunder, a group of men who have truly help eradicate YHC’s serious case of #SadClownSyndrome

PAX entered the park, lunge walk to playground equipment (40 yards), perform 5 pull-ups and then grab blocks. Cusack walk with block back across park and plank until six arrives.
Exit the park Cusack-style with blocks. PAX then perform Jacob’s Ladder (or sorts):
10 Derkins on Block, Cusack up the hill with block and then perform 1 Big Boy Sit-up, Cusack back down hill. 9 Derkins on Block, Cusack up the hill with block and then perform 2 Big Boy Sit-up, Cusack back down hill. PAX completed cycle until YHC called it with most completing the 6 Derkins/5 Big Boy Sit-ups
PAX entered the park, lunge walk to playground equipment (40 yards) while performing curls with block, perform 5 pull-ups and then put up blocks. Plank until six arrives.

Moleskin:
- Lots of Monkey Humpers this AM at Thunder. The exercise is both humiliating and eventually painful. One member of the PAX sent a text to YHC late in the day lamenting the delayed effect of the Monkey Humper.
- Promo’s #MumbleChatter game is strong. No PAX has a greater command of the art of sarcasm.
- Emily was yet again brutally humid. She makes the PAX #GetBetter.
- Much to the dismay of the PAX, no burpees in this Q. YHC will make up for it later.
