8 men took the early shift this Saturday. Here’s what happened:

Fast mosey out of the front parking lot, left on Adger. Here’s the Route we took

Stop at Adger Cassina intersection and circle up.

Instructions:

We will do 10 Merkins, 10 Squats, and 10 Flutter Kicks (R+L=1) at each intersection we pass. Do these OYO and hold plank until the 6 arrives.

We then went on a 2.24 mile mosey, which took us through 17 intersections. You do the math.

Once we got to the Adger Berkeley Hills we switched things up for a minute. Partner up. P1 AYG (all you got) down Adger hill and back to top, while P2 does our 10-10-10 set. Flip-Flop.

Then, P1 AYG down Berkeley Hill and back to top, while P2 does our 10-10-10 set. Flip-Flop. Then continue the course.

Once back on campus, we wasn’t done yet.

Run to the back practice field, which was conveniently lined in increments of 10 yards for 40 yards total.

Suicides.

Run to first line, 5 Merkins, back to start 5 Merkins.
Run to Second Line, 5 Squats, back to start 5 Squats.
Third Line, 5 Flutter Kicks, back to start 5 Flutter Kicks.
Last Line, 5 Merkins, 5 Squats and 5 Flutter Kicks, back to start 5 Merkins, 5 Squats, and 5 Flutter Kicks. High Plank.

Round 2…completely different.

Run to last line, 5 Merkins, back to start 5 Merkins.
Run to third Line, 5 Squats, back to start 5 Squats.
Second Line, 5 Flutter Kicks, back to start 5 Flutter Kicks.
First Line, 5 Merkins, 5 Squats and 5 Flutter Kicks, back to start 5 Merkins, 5 Squats, and 5 Flutter Kicks. High Plank.

Mosey back down to side field, near the Wall.

This one was a bit quiet for Dawn Strike, given that our resident Mumble Chatter experts were down range (APB – Kim Jung and Paperboy), but still fun. The pax worked hard, and did it with a great attitude.

F3 Spur, the on campus AO, is launching 8/22. Contact YHC, Chaser, or Nikita with names of people that might be interested in this new AO.

Woodshed is turning 1, and there is going to be a giant convergence at the Woodshed on 8/29. Dawn Strike and the Wall will be posting there at their normally scheduled times, and there will be a 7:00 am workout. Contact Pondo for the details.
