The Thang: Leave the AO At Shandon Presbyterian Church going down Woodrow Street. Left on Milwood Avenue, Left on Gervais Street. Left on Pickens Street. Left on Green Street. Right on Harden Street. Left on Monroe Street and then left on Woodrow back to the AO. Total of four miles.
Moleskin: Fifteen strong attended Ramble with several taking on the pre-pre run and pre-run challenges. YHC was impressed with the level of enthusiasm among the pax this morning who voiced their pleasure at foregoing the same ole’ fast, flat four miles before coffeeteria. Today’s route offered a few good stretches with opportunities to #bebettergetbetter all along the way. #Kotters to Subprime who is getting back underway after a little DL. T-claps to Constache, Fannie, Turtle and Myrtle who took on all three running ops today or a total of nine miles. #P200 training was well played.
