#Spur goes uphill both ways

YHC discovered a fantastic grass hill down by Athletic village. Today’s Q took the PAX through a challenging tour of the South part of USC.

Mosey onto Sumter heading south. Turn left and run up the band field steps.

Mosey to the top of the steps

Mosey down to the bottom of hill.

Sprint to the top, mosey down for 3 burpees.
Rinse and repeat for a total of 2 times.

Sprint to the top, mosey down for 10 squat jumps.
Rinse and repeat for a total of 2 times.

Mosey across the field to Sumter. Indian run to the corner of Sumter and Wheat.
Squat x 20
Indian run back to blatt.

Hydraulic with merkins sprinkled in for 2 minutes.
Bear crawl halfway to the first light pole.
Hydraulic with merkins sprinkled in for 2 minutes.
Crab walk to the first light pole.
Bear crawl halfway to the final light pole.

Suicide back to pull up bars.

Mosey to the baseball field.

50 step ups each leg.

Mosey to the stairs.

Calf raises x 100

Air chair/squat jumps for final 3 minutes.
