Ok, so today is technically the second Friday of the month, but last Friday was New Year’s Day, so today served as Amble’s “official” monthly 5k. As always, pax are encouraged to keep their time and bust their Six each month to keep setting their own bar higher. Great to continue to see PR’s fall among the pax. And falling they are.

Moleskin:
-YHC had promised a “flat” route, and this new route was about as flat as possible around the Dreher area, but heading up Bonham is a definitely an incline. That’s the thing about having an AO located at a high point in the city. Hills everywhere going away from Dreher, hills everywhere on the return route.
