Blitz Backblast, just the three of us

Just the three of us. That was all we needed though for a Blitz workout.

The Condition: 37 degrees

The Thang:
COP
SSH x 15 4 count going straight into High knees x 15 4 count going straight into butt kicks x 15 4 count and then plank jacks x 15 4 count

Using Island with 6 trees spaced out, start with 5 merkins, 5 squat jumps, 5 LBC’s then bear crawl to the next tree. Repeat but this time increase by 5 to 10 reps. Bear crawl to the next one increasing to 15, 20, 25 and 30 bear crawling in between each tree. After completing this perform suicides running to first tree and then back, second tree and then back, and so on until reaching the last tree.

Perform assortment of exercises until everyone completes.

Line up at end of island, one person runs to the other end and then back while the other two perform an assortment of exercises (have no clue what they are anymore). Repeat this three times.
