An ever-so-slight chill in the air greeted 11 pax at #Thunder this morning as the college football world turns its focus on the upcoming opening weekend.  YHC was on the Q to finish out this 6th Anniversary week at #Thunder.  As is common for a late August workout a football theme was on deck.  Enjoy your Labor Day Weekend, boys.

  • Not an easy workout.  Guys pushed themselves through a good bit of sprinting.
  • Amp-O-Rama – this was an ode to the #Thunder launch.  This was the very first amphitheater circuit completed at the then new AO.
  • Watch yourselves out there – We had one quad injury during the DB drills.  We’re not young.  Be careful out there.  Better to take your time through a turn than have to pull up lame.  You boys doing the football game Saturday morning take heed.  DoubleDutch – get better soon.
