As summer approaches and all those school activities finally wind down (do we really need graduation ceremonies for preschool AND elementary AND middle school?), your 2.0s are going to go from 100 to 0mph faster than you can say “Get off the Xbox and go outside!” You’re going to be looking for anything to get them off their 6 and out of your M’s hair. F3 Dads has got you covered.
School is wrapping up this week, so get your 2.0s’ minds right and post for the first workout next Friday, June 8, 0700 at #Brickpile (Dreher HS front parking lot). We’ll work out for 20-30 minutes, have a short devo, and hit up Dunkin for coffeeteria afterwards.
YHC is putting together the Q list, so if you’re interested, holler. 2.0s get to participate in planning the workout, leading exercises (some of them are better at calling a cadence than some pax you may know), and making up their own nicknames at COT. Plus, donuts.
If getting the #Shorties out of the house isn’t motivation enough, we have a #CSAUP event to train for: the Goliath, a Dads & 2.0s Mud Run-style obstacle course, mud pit and all.
