YHC and other PAX are glad that the IronPax challenge is over and we can get back to workouts that are tough but don’t make you question life and want to be lazy for 5 days afterward.

Cindy # 1 (10 minutes)
5 BBS, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats
Cindy #2 (15 minutes)
5 Lunges/leg (any variation), 10 SSH 4-count, 15 Russian Twist (each side)
Cindy #3 (10 minutes)
5 incline merkins, 10 dips, 15 LBCs
C/d: slow jog 3/4 lap around track & Spot selected merkins for 1 minutes AMRAP to finish
Everyone was thankful to get back to reps at your own pace and workouts that are focused on the whole body. We all want cooler weather and less humidity. No pax at workout had devo….fail.
