The Burpee Train and 55’s

YHC was ready to work this morning, yet he had no plan so he was going to wing it.

Weather: Muggy, Praying for some cooler mornings.

Burpee Train
All pax line up facing the building in the plank position.  First person jumps over each pax, one by one, and doing a burpee in between.  Once you reach the end of the line hold plank until your the last person then repeat again until the line reaches the crosswalk.

Partner 1 side shuffle, down and back, through the yellow stripes in the parking lot.
Partner 2 completes LBCs.
Switch on and off until you and your partner have done 500 total LBCs
Mosey up to tennis courts.  Run to each corner of the tennis courts and complete the

55’s
All pax do 10 merkins, take a quick standing break for 2 seconds
All pax do 9 merkins, take a quick standing break for 2 seconds
Rinse and repeat until you go down to 1 merkin, which is a total of 55 merkins

All pax do 10 jump squats, take a quick standing break for 2 seconds
All pax do 9 jump squats, take a quick standing break for 2 seconds
Rinse and repeat until you go down to 1 jump squat, which is a total of 55 jump squats.

Partner 1: start at the beginning of the building and broad jump over each parking lot line until you reach of the end of the building. Run Back.
Partner 2: Complete LBC’s
Switch on and off until you and your partner have done 500 total LBCs
