The Thang
Chop Shop may have missed the last few Battles in his million mile training regiment, but he came back Saturday with a vengeance. Chop took the PAX to the Mall for 20 merkins, 20 squats, and 20 BBS at the base and top of the parking garage ramps. 5 Stations total, we made it through two rounds for 200 reps of each!
Pass the Q to Collar
Indian run back to the bricks, grab two and keep it moving. The PAX reconviened at the Battle Loop for 100 overhead presses, 50 Balls to the Wall Merkins, and 25 pull-ups. Then two laps around the Battle Loop. 100 squats with bricks (Splinter got in all of the squats, YHC finished the laps and called time). Jailbreak back to COT and put up the bricks.
