Apparently OBC sent out an email asking how many Score Pax were planning to come out since the temperature was in the 20s. Only three men came out, and hopefully, the men who were there were glad they resisted the fartsack to get some work done.

Jog to the patio, and circle up (as much as three guys can create a circle)

SSH x25 IC
Freedom Twist x20 IC
(Pax told to keep arms up during this entire rotation) Little baby arm circles forward and backward x20 each IC, then overhead claps x20 IC, then raise the roof x20 IC
Big Boy Situps x20 OYO
Repeat circuit
Take an island tour, jogging around the parking lot
Dips on the benches x10 IC
Step ups on the benches x10 each leg OYO
Decline merkins on the benches x10 IC
Superman Crunch on the benches x10 IC
Repeat circuit
Jog over to field to find cones set out every 20 yards.
YHC explained the beast, 6 reps of the called exercise, at six different stations, and repeat for six exercises. Sequence went as follows:
Jog to each cone and do 6 merkins.
Repeat this sequence with the following exercises: big boy situps, carolina dry docks, LBCs, Squats, Burpees
Jog back to Hollywood Squares and have time for a couple more exercises. Pax told to keep their feet in the air until these are completed:
