20 Pull-ups
10 Balls to the Wall Merkins
Run down Satchel Ford to Oakhill, run all the way down Oakhill to Landrum, run up Landrum hill, take a right on Briarfield, take a right on Satchel Ford and head back over to the basketball court for:
40 overhead press
30 BBS
20 Box Jumps
10 Pull ups
10 Balls to the Wall Merkins
Reverse the Route and run it again head to COT
