4 corners, divide into four groups, 25 reps x 3 sets with blocks, corner 1 curls, corner 2 squat thrusters, corner 3 kettle bell swings, corner 4 dips
lap around the lot
Farmer carry blocks across parking lot, stop halfway for 5 burpees, 5 more burpees at the end of the lot, rinse and repeat.
Mosey to parking garage, bear crawl up entrance run to first incline. Lunge all to middle sprint to top, repeat going back down. Repeat but duck walk instead of lunge. Final exercise, run to top of garage and back down.
Mosey back for time.
