Four faithful PAX converged on River Bluff for a GRC training lead by Clipboard. Hanging Chad and Clipboard debated about getting out of the fartsack in subzero temperatures to get better for 43,200-50,400 seconds of suck Friday night and Saturday morning. We all quickly realized that better gloves and handwarmers will be a benefit on this faithful evening.
Weather: 28 degrees. Cold, cold, cold. With an early morning spotting of the Big Dipper.
The Thang
Mosey to the practice field for some basic COT:
SSH, Merkins, Thru the tunnel, and planks.
Rucks on and plank for 3 minutes and 5 pushups each minute
Rucks over head 2 minutes or greater
(rinse repeat)
Rucks on grab cinder block hit time hack to the band field (8 minutes)
(Hit time hack with 10 seconds to spare)
With Rucks on Block overhead squats x 15, up the hill with blocks overhead, keep overhead and repeat.
Time hack to workout area for blocks overhead flutter kicks X 50
(rinse repeat)
Time hack to the field 10 minutes with blocks
