The weather was slightly less humid (though not by much) for a Monday-edition of #Amble. Today the pax were able to choose their own adventure for the last half of the run:
The Thang:
Depart DHS
Cut over to Devine
Cross Devine
Right onto Wheat St.
Take Wheat to Saluda Hill
From there, PAX could turn around and make it an Out and Back, or continue on the Loop:
Up Saluda Hill
Left onto Heyward
Left onto Ott
Back to DHS
Total distance of the Shandon Loop of 4.25 miles, with the Out & Back a little over 3 miles.

#amble pax have expressed significant interest in the Kiawah Half Marathon on Dec. 12th. Decay and Dry Heave are HC’s, with Sisterwife, Double Rub and Noonan all giving it serious consideration. There is a steep F3 discount if you pay by 8/14, so give this some thought and HC (and pay) to Costanza by 8/14/15. The cost is $60 for the half and $70 for the full. This is well below the registration rate on the site right now. F3 Lexington already have 26 guys interested. If we can match that, the price drops significantly ($45/$55).
