25 PAX showed up for YHC’s virgin Q this comfortable 54 degree late March morning. Rumor has it imitation is the highest form of flattery, and, this being my first Q as one of the newer PAX, I thought it would be appropriate to bring back some of my favorite past workouts. - Rinse and Repeat
Mosey down to Union Hill for Snooki’s Revenge (ignoring the mumble chatter from the PAX). Stop half way for 15 LBACs IC x 15 forward and backwards.
- Begin at top of hill
- Run to bottom- 10 Merkins
- Run to top- 10 American Hammers (Russian twists for you commies out there)
- Run half way down- 8 Merkins
- Run backwards to top of hill- 8 American Hammers
- Run to bottom- 6 Merkins
- Run to top- 6 American Hammers
- Run half way down- 4 Merkins
- Run backwards to top- 4 American Hammers
- Run to bottom- 2 Merkins
- Run to top of hill- 2 American Hammers
Hold 6 inches, BBSU, or flutter kicks until all PAX complete
Mosey back to Tennis courts for Core Work. Stop half way and allow Wojo to pick exercise. Immediately regret decision when he chooses to throw 5 burpees into the mix. Attempt to breathe and continue mosey.
